Good stay but some staff was rude
The hotel was clean and the night staff was very good and friendly. Loved the facilities for kids that they had pool and the other board games. However didn’t had great experience at the buffet. The staff member was rude and not polite. Some of the items either got finish or there was huge delay in refilling. When asked the staff member she was super rude to all the people who were asking her.

This hotel was excellent and I would stay here again. The toiletries were nice including a lemon lotion. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. They have a great area downstairs for family and friends to get together, sit and talk. Breakfast was good.

Overall the property was great. I could't close the blinds so the light from outside disturbed my sleep. The waer in the shower is not well controlled and runs all over the floor in the bathroom when taking a bath.

The Hilton Tru hotel brand is great! Fairly simple, well thought out rooms with very comfortable beds. Nice shower in room.
