My son and I stayed for several days over thanksgiving break. The breakfast was outstanding! They changed it up everyday. Our third day in I watched the cafeteria worker scoop scrambled eggs off the counter and back into the pan! Gross! I wasn’t sure if I would have their breakfast the next day. I booked the property based on the fact that they advertised an indoor pool and hot tub. I called the property before I left an and asked if the hot tub was running and was told yes. Much to my disappointment when I got there it was not working and the pool was too cold for me to enjoy. When I questioned staff about my call and that I told the hot tub was working I got well out maintenance person is off on sundays and mondays or whatever two days that it is was I arrived. Very disappointing to say the least

The parking lot and sidewalks were not shoveled or plowed after snow storm. We reserved mainly for pool, but the pool was freezing cold ( no exaggeration) and the hot tub was broken. Multiple work out machines were broken. No room service available, if you needed something, you had to contact front desk. Toilet clogged twice while we were there. Best part was the beds were very comfortable. Staff seemed to do theur best, but very bad Management of actual facility.

Clean hotel, overall. We arrived 12 hours after a snowstorm- my friend slipped in the parking lot, but was ok. Two of us in a room, but only one bath towel. Simple oversights, but yet important. Overall, a good nights sleep and a decent breakfast. That’s what we looked and paid for.

There was dog food on the floor. Black dog hair on the bed. The shower barely ran and it came out of the faucet at the same time. The head was broken so you almost had to be up against the wall to use it. The tub also had hair in it. When we got there in the evening it was a snow storm, but when we left at 10am the next morning i had to use my 4-wheel drive to get out and i almost fell. It hadnt been plowed at all. Someone elderly would have had a terrible time with it. The staff were very pleasant though.

I was there for 8 days and it was so calm no loud noises the only bad part was the pool because it wasn’t cold but everything else was fine I would stay there again

This was our third stay at this hotel. I like that they will take animals and that the premises are clean with very friendly staff. It is a little rough getting to the facility as the entrance road is not exactly a finished product but we do like the hotel and will stay again.

I was turned away at checkin (after booking weeks ago on Expedia and on a dark snowy Friday night before a concert) because I live 25 miles away? What kind of customer experience is this? I was told to cx my reservation so my boyfriend who came with me who lives farther away could rebook under his name. This makes NO SENSE and frankly is not acceptable. The hotel was not busy - seemed like they would have welcomed my business? In the end they let me stay even though I’m “local” which is not allowed. They claimed Expedia has the info about “no locals” on their website and app but I have yet to see this
