We booked a week. We stayed half that, left asking for a refund. Unfortunately it just wasn’t a good fit for our family. The staff members at the desk, “addressed” a noise complaint issue with my teen son when he came down for toilet paper. We felt that was unprofessional as he is a child. When I approached the desk to ask about the situation as well as addressing it with a minor, was given attitude by staff 1. I was told ALL people are deemed an adult when they stay at WoodSpring suites (says it on the website). She also said their solution was to come up to our floor later that night and “investigate” what they could see and hear before we obtained our second strike (three strikes and your kicked out). Our youngest were sleeping by 8:47pm that night and staff 1 said the complaint came in at 10pm but not to her and she wouldn’t tell me what staff took the complaint for me to discuss it with them. So next morning I addressed it to staff 2 and was told if we had a problem, we could check out at anytime. So we did. The housekeeping staff are so kind! Tbh, we need more kind hearted individuals like this who will pray with you in the hallway or make you feel warm and welcome. It’s a shame they have such mean, nasty staff working the desk.

I've been saying there for 3 weeks and I haven't had a problem except for I got a plant in the window now they want it out of the window. That was strange. Their policy their rules. Other than that it's clean and friendly pretty quiet

This property is bare bones. No shampoo, no conditioner no lotion. Front desk was shut down at 8 o’clock. Didn’t open again. no breakfast. All that being said, the bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and I had what I needed. [And I say this, even though the toilet didn’t flush in the morning, that’s life]

We stayed at the hotel for the Hershey RV Show. We stayed at the hotel for two days. On the first day we noticed hair on the bedding and blood spots on the pull out couch mattress (so, we kept it closed). The shower drain took awhile for the water to full go down.

Bare bones!
This is an extended stay hotel and I my reservation was only for one night. It’s a bare bones hotel, no coffee maker or coffee, no flatware, pots or pans. They had some of those at the front desk but some of them required an $ charge. Also no ice maker for the hotel. Their comment was that there’s an ice tray in the room, empty! You have to wait for it to freeze to get ice. This sounds picky but when one travels it nice to have some of these conveniences. Room prices were the same or higher than surrounding areas.

This was a cleanish place but the tv didn’t turn on the people upstairs were idk what all night running back n forth or jogging so slept horrible.. The beds were clean but uncomfortable.. Nice full size fridge and little burner on counter if you wanted to cook .. halfway and elevator were horribly warm but for one night after a concert I guess ok

On first glance room was nice and super clean. There was always a funny smell in the hallways and elevator. I could not tell if it was new flooring or something someone was cooking. Room was spacious and seemed clean. Problem was on fourth night we began seeing roaches. It wasn’t just one either. There were several we did not have food in our room either Then day five the fly problem started windows closed but we come in to 40 flys a night. Big flys that bite They tried another room and did refund part of our money but was not worth having to fumigate luggage when we got home also I dont like that they won’t bring you towels. You have to go to front desk to get anything you need. No room service at all
