The buffet has something for everyone. The food was replenished and the area was kept clean. The bed was comfy but the pillows was too small for a king size bed. The check in need improvement. It took about 30 mins to get us checked in but they kindly stored our luggage and dropped off at our room. Most of the staff was pleasant. The bartenders was a lil slow making drinks, housekeeping was great, restaurant staff need improvement. They barely greet you drink orders were slow. Overall a nice property though!

The property is absolutely beautiful! Staff is very friendly. Easy check in. Food was delicious and lots of options. The Castle view restaurant had a great view and amazing service. Only reason for a 4 star, was that the bathrooms weren't always clean and out of toilet paper. Would stay here again! Pool choices were good. Enjoyed the drinks.

Room was spacious and got daily refresh of room. Bathroom smelled of sewage so did the pools. Took 3 days to fix filtration system to one pool. One pool with swimupbar had more than 1 person vomit in water. Difficult with getting mojitos. No mint. Towel serice very good. The day trips with shuttle deceiving. Day trip to Bridgetown dropped you off at a duty free. Nothing else to do in Bridgetown. Not even a cafe

My experience at this resort was disappointing, especially for the amount we paid for two rooms. We stayed here for my little brother’s wedding, and it’ll definitely be our last time. From the start, our room smelled like sewage coming from the bathroom. Reporting it led to staff pouring cleaning solution down the drains, which did nothing. The smell lingered our entire stay, and no one followed up or offered us a new room. Stray cats were everywhere—even approaching us while we ate—and the staff didn’t do anything about it. The food was hit or miss and often underwhelming. Dress code enforcement felt unfair; some women wore very revealing outfits without issue, while I was repeatedly called out for minor things. We also didn’t like that the kids' pool was right next to the bar, creating a strange and annoying vibe. By Day 2, the food was worse, and we were shocked to be charged $25 for room service at an “all-inclusive” resort. Taking food from the dining area to your room wasn’t allowed either, which felt ridiculous. In our last two days, we lost hot water in the shower. Maintenance checked the sink, said it was fine, and left. I had to use my son’s shower instead. I was over the whole experience by Day 2. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone looking for comfort, flexibility, or true all-inclusive service

Wyndham Barbados - Amazing first visit

My stay at the Wyndham Barbados was absolutely amazing from the super efficient check-in process and the unexpected butler service that catered to me and my guest every needs during our stay.. All of the staff were attentive and service oriented. The entire facilities and surrounding grounds was first class.

The property was beautiful. The food selection was minimal. Housekeeping needs work-every night We had to request towels. Our room was not cleaned until late afternoon- early evening and even when it was cleaned, they did a poor job.

Properly was clean, could use more staff.. our bathroom had a very strange/dirty smell. There was a lot of condensation on the floor in our room had to put a blanket down to avoid slipping. I was overall disappointed, especially since it cost a lot. The Castle View restaurant was the best thing on this property.
