I stayed 2 nights. Room service never came and cleaned my room, no towels, and never upped my supplies (soap, shampoo, etc.). I asked the front desk and they said that "I have to ask for room service - and thats only suppling new towels....Never heard that one before......

Everything was great! We stayed here for JMU Choices weekend and we were so close we just walked to check in versus having to fight the traffic in the parking garage. Room was the quietest I’ve stayed at in a hotel in a long time which is perfect because I’m a light sleeper. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance—we even walked to get ice cream after dinner. Will continue to stay here while my daughter attends JMU for the next 4 years.

The bedroom and bathroom were initially clean and sanitized. However, it was their policy not to provide cleaning service unless requested. That was different from what I was used to.
