The sheets were so old that they wouldn’t stay on the bed. Two tiles in the bathroom moved when you stepped on them. The dryer was old and wouldn’t dry properly. The elevator was broken when we tried to leave our 3rd floor room. There was black all around the edge onto shower

Everything was neglected. Our original room on 1st floor had mold and mildew in the shower. When we pulled out that sleep sofa, we found a large bed bug and killed it. We brought it down to the front desk. We were moved to a better room on the 4tj floor, but had a hard time sleeping thinking that the rest of the hotel probably had bed bugs. Also, the front desk worker had us dispose of the bed bug we killed, which was rude considering we were in that room, sitting on the infested couch and god only knows if they got into or
