Fantastic in every way.

The Arc Harrogate is a small but fantastic hotel. There were detailed instructions sent to me about everything before I arrived and I had a lovely warm welcome from the owner. The parking is on street parking, but the hotel provided the necessary permits, complete with a photo of how to display them and details of what time the parking ran out. The room was spotless and very well serviced. Every day the bathroom was cleaned, the tea and coffee supplies topped up and so on. The communal areas were also spotlessly clean. It is perfect for the Harrogate International Convention Centre being directly across the road. I cannot fault this place at all and would definitely go back. They deserve the business and they deserve a recommendation.

Nice stay at the Arc. Kim is a friendly host. Room was a little cold but a supplementary heater was provided which made it cosier. Recommend it for access to central Harrogate. Bars and restaurants all close by. Parking was a bit difficult and Limited to on street but limited by a permit from the establishment.
