I do not recommend

Compared to last year, a change in a very bad direction. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. The room was dirty, with a torn curtain. The bathroom was dirty, with wet, used towels lying on the floor.

A delightful and very homey establishment. This location is remote and there are not a lot of dining choices but the pizza joint on the premises is pretty good. Some rooms also have kitchenettes and with the supermarket next door its great for families. Also has laundry facilities. The location is a bit of a hike from the city of Graz but if you have transport then its a great place to stay. We were here for the F1 Grand Prix and thank goodness we could organise transfers as public transport is limited and would take a while to get to town. I loved this little hotel.

Great night here had washers driers and an iron. After the barren wasteland of laundries in Italy was great. Only one thing could you do 2 pillows and a littlr firmer.

Excellent hotel in nowhere

Excellent very comfortable hotel in nowhere. The only one problem - too far to any place - Graz or highway. Good local restaurants in about 6-7 min of driving. Graz center - 20 min. The room is big, modern, comfortable and clean.
