Horrible noise and old towels.
Towels looked dirty and had holes. Stayed many nights, but no one ever took our trash that we kept stacking at the door. There was a constant clicking in the ceiling...almost like creaking from someone on the roof...but it was LOUD. Kept me awake at night and drove me crazy. Horrible for relaxation or sleep. Ruined our stay.

Very nice accommodations!
This motel is really a “cut above”! It was a very good value for an older place with a very thoughtful update. Both the room and the bathroom were impressively clean, the linens and towels very nice. I would definitely return if I’m the area.

When we arrived in our room, we found out that it didn’t have a fridge or microwave and was quite small for a six-night stay. So, we had to upgrade to an executive suite, which was much more spacious, but of course cost more and was only available for the first three nights. So, we stayed three nights (comfortably), but then had to find another place for the other 3 nights.

Fine for a one night
This was a quick overnight stay for us on a longer trip. This motel is older but well maintained. There is significant road noise, but they provide a white noise machine in the room. We thought the mattress should be updated, but other than that, the room was fine for what we needed. Clean, convenient to the highway and bonus: next door to Starbucks!

I grew up in Newington ct and know the Berlin turnpike well. This hotel is safe clean and not what you expect o Berlin Tpke motel to be. The room is so clean and the ground kept beautifully. I now live in fla and will use this as my place to stay when visiting Connecticut

We had the executive suite. It was lovely, very clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was like brand new. It was very convenient to major highways. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved the charm and quaint setting. It had a door between the bedroom and living area in one of the rooms (we enjoyed coming back and having another night while on our trip! View of ocean is beautiful from the balcony. They really took care of us! Looking forward to visiting again!

It is by far the most beautiful motel we’ve ever stayed in! It is decorated like it’s someone’s home, with crown molding, window treatment, lush bedding, a large desk and office chair. What a pleasant surprise! Incredible value for the money!

The biggest problem was they lost they offer noon time check in but when I got there at 12:30 I was told they only do 3:00 check in. The whole reason I booked this location was for the noon check in. The room was small but clean and met my needs do think it’s very pricey for the size of the room and not have a noon check in.

Place was clean and the staff was pleasant. The bathroom was spacious and well stocked. Good family restaurant across the street. Very convenient location. The road can be loud but by 10:00pm it is quiet. I would not hesitate to stay again and to recommend to others. Thank you!
