We stayed here for one night and will not here again when traveling to the Hartford area. The beds were very uncomfortable, the bathroom sink didn't drain properly, the area the TV sat on very very dirty and dusty and we were short towels. Usually you get 4 we only had 2. There was no shampoo or body wash. When we called down we were told we had to come down and get the items and that there should be a holder in the shower that held all three. I told them there was no holder so Inwas handed a bottle. As you can see from the picture there was no holder. There was room service but it was not available and this review will not allow me to upload pictures of the sink and shower area.

It was okay for a couple of nights, room had a well equipped kitchen and ample space. The area is a bit sketchy. I’d propably stay somewhere else next time. The morning I left there was a car in the parking lot with a broken window and glass scattered on the floor.

close to the interstate so was good for easy to get around. I wonder if this was a place used in conjunction with housing authority. Quite a few families that seem to be there more long-term - hence the noisy remark above as well as noise from the interstate. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
