The customer service representative was very kind and helpful, and I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The room was just okay nothing special and the bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade. Overall, though, it was a good stay for one night.

The staff was super friendly, nice and accommodating. The woman who checked us in made sure that my two rooms were next to eachother so my family did not have to be on separate floors. The breakfast was great also!

The property was decent. There was a dirty tub with a ring around it. Good thing my girlfriend and I brought cleaning products. There are no microwaves In the rooms. The beds are super soft which and be a plus or a minus for some people. They have good standard hotel breakfast.

Rude Staff and Disgusting Room

We stayed here in mid July. Not only was the staff rude, there was black mold (a health hazard) in the bathroom, other stains in the room, and trash left behind from the previous stay (like a water bottle). The beds also did not smell right. I don’t believe they ever clean, at least not well. Absolutely do not recommend - avoid at all costs. I’d honestly like a refund or to escalate the matter further because this was such an uncomfortable stay.

Twice the key cards had to be reactivated. Ran out of washcloths. Asked for clean towels, etc on third day. Requested room service but back in room beds were made but no towels, washcloths or bathroom mats were there. Toilet was loud and long when flushed. Sink didn't drain properly, bathtub was the same with a few inches of water accumulated with a shower.
