The place isn’t as described… yes it did have a small kitchen and the bed was clean. But the pain it’s peeling off the walls and dresser and the furniture had tears in cushions. The tub didn’t drain, and they only provide the bar soaps… no other essentials. The breakfast that is included was only watered down coffee and two packaged muffins. I was very disappointed as I was traveling with my toddler.

The room was nothing like the photo I have stayed at tjis location multiple times but this times was absolutely disgusting, the mattress was soiled, to the point of nauseating. The aroma of mariguna use was unbearable

Employee at the front desk required a “$50 deposit” on room that way already paid for days in advance…Employee stated that I had to pay with a card…could not use Apple Pay….or I could give him $50 cash which makes no sense and is shady. Area around the hotel isn’t a safe part of the city. The room was alright nothing fancy but serviceable. I had to return BACK to the check in desk after getting into the room because for some reason the tv remote did not have batteries. A lot of inconvenience for a place called Quality

Stay Away

This hotel is old and unkempt. The dressers are old and beat up, towel bar barley hanging on to the wall. Old beat up refrigerator and microwave. Door handle for bathroom fell off. No hair dryer in room. tons of Cigarette butts outside on lawn. Travel a lot for business and will not be staying there again!

When I arriving there was no one at the desk. Waited 10 minutes, called and phone just rang and rang. I finally called ESA 800 number after 20 min! Finally someone arrived, no apology, I just seemed like an inconvenience. Lobby and elevator floors were in desperate need of cleaning. Get to the room….and it’s so run down. Lampshades had been drawn on, pillowcases still dirty, no outlets near bed to plug in chargers, half the lamps didn’t work, and whatever cleaning product that was used wasn’t properly wiped up so when we put a bag on the counter, it came away wet. We were tired and after a long drive and multiple softball games, we just chalked it up to a bad day and headed to bed. Sheets were clean and mattresses were fine. However. This hotel is not quiet. You hear everyone walking by and there was a group of men partying at the tables behind the hotel until after midnight.
