Front desk staff may have a bad day when we checked in. Being in the hospitality industry for 30 years, I can say the check in process was not a pleasant one. It doesn't hurt to smile a bit or a simple phrase of saying "welcome to the hotel..." Instead I caught an attitude. Also, the agent seems to be the front desk manager or assistant manager.

Everything was good for our stay. Our only problem was the lack of hot water at our bathroom sink. Our shower also ran out of hot water very quickly.

The reception area was clean, staff very friendly. Check in was seamless and room was extremely clean and the AC was very good. I would recommend and will stay here again if I am back in the area.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I highly recommend going somewhere else. No Hot Water, Rude Staff that lies to you, Dangerous a car was stolen right out of the parking lot. After complaining about the hot water the staff called the cops on some of our party. "Manager" Wigmarie Baez lies, she stated once that she wasn't the manager then when we asked to speak with the manager she was, then when asking for a refund she said the manager would have to be spoken to.
