Tried to get ice and it was a major ordeal. You need to have the keycard envelope with you to scan the barcode to unlock the ice machine. Otherwise it was a very good experience.

Why pay for parking?
They charge me $7 for parking at the hotel. I expect that in New York City or Miami where parking is limeted. I don't expect that in little enfield.Connecticut, where they have a huge parking lot.

Really unhappy we had to pay for parking and that then we had to walk all the back to the parking lot to put a permit in our car. Then we feel the check in person put us in a room ALLLLL the way at the end of a long hallway, as I complained about the parking. Maybe. The hotel was actually quite beautiful but the layout with the long hallway with the only elevator at one end was not a good design.

The ceiling in the bathroom was pealing. The towels were very scratchy. The room didn't smell clean. Cant believe we were charged $7 to park on the property.
