Good staff, helpful. Room was marginal in terms of preparation for our visits (toilet clogged, light bulb burned out). Staff quick and helpful with fixing stuff, but it felt like they weren’t prepared for new customers.

Hilton Garden Inn is what I expected. The only gripe I have is that I could not get in the pool or the fitness room. I went to the desk and had my key reset and still could not get in. I then went back to the desk and the person working at the desk came and tried to open the pool and the fitness center with their key card and also could not get in. I gave up and went back to my room. The pool and fitness room looked really nice through the window.

I love the in house restaurant and bar at a HGI. As a single woman it is important to stay safe while traveling, and that includes not needing to search a strange city for a place to eat dinner and have a drink.

When I arrived to check in there was a system wide issue that prevented check in. the gentleman on shift that night, Mo (not sure of spelling) was amazing. he stayed calm cool and collected and was able to get the significant backlog of guests sorted out. I could hear that he was working with the Housekeeping staff to check the status of rooms but I did not get any of their names. all of the staff working the night of 11/14 did a fantastic job in a stressful environment. Mo continued to check back in with me, and I imagine other guests from that night as well, to ensure my stay was enjoyable and everything was sorted out. He did an amazing job.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. My suggestions would be to allow 24/7 access to the gym with a key card. I thought the continental breakfast was a bit over priced for the options. Staff was friendly and accomodating except for when trying to check in it took a long time for us to get assistance
