The floors of our room were damp. The entire hotel smelled of mildew and there were clear signs of water damage on many spots of the ceiling in multiple places throughout the building. It’s a shame too because the room itself was really nice, especially the bathroom, it all just smelled so musty. The smell smacked you right in the face when you open the door.

It smelt awful in the hallways and room itself. There were stains on the bedding. Please invest in spray or something to get the smokey garbage smell out for your customers.

We normally stay at the Bradley Airport Sheraton and do the park and fly. However, their rates were absolutely ridiculous this year. We opted for the Holiday Inn Express and Suites a short hop away. The facility was exceptional - immaculate - quiet and convenient to the airport 3-4 minutes away via an included shuttle service. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will NEVER opt for the Sheraton again. The Holiday Inn's rooms, amenities and staff have them beat by a long shot.
