Air conditioner did not work great until we realized the filters were completely full of dust, about a half in thick. Cleaned and it worked great. Bathroom door was squeaky and really loud. Bathroom fan was so so loud. Everything else was great. Shuttle was on time, polite and quick. Room was clean and comfortable.

Very disappointing. Even though we put up a request, they did not clean the room or provide clean towels. Our keys didn’t work almost every time we came back. As we were checking out with our luggage a manager blocked the elevator entrance to speak to an employee to let them know that someone was outside for them. As the elevator door closed, she said I’m hitting the door open button, but the elevator went up anyway. You can’t make up this level of stupidity and incompetence.
