During our stay, we explicitly requested that our room not be cleaned, as we were managing the upkeep ourselves. To reinforce this request, we even displayed the privacy sign on our door. Despite these precautions, a cleaning staff member entered our room anyway, raising questions about the effectiveness of the sign and the communication protocols in place. It is perplexing that such a clear indication of our wishes was overlooked, leading to a breach of our privacy.
