There were fights and drug deals happening in the parking lot and on the sidewalk right in front of my room each night of my stay. people blasting their car stereos louder than I've ever heard them ,for an hour or more at a time. police activity ... just an unsafe property Also, if you book a specific room, and it is not available, that is false advertising, bait and switch

The check in was quick, but a very unhappy worker who gave vague and unclear directions to the room leading us to do laps around the poorly designed property. Also there's no signs and nothing is labeled to find the rooms. Then the room.... It was nasty. It was supposed to be nonsmoking but the stench of smoke was overpowering and disgusting. The floors were stained all over, and the bathroom didn't close because it looked like it had been absolutely decimated at some point. Housekeeping was down right rude. They woke us up by banging on the door almost 2 hrs before checkout and argued for like 5.minutes trying to get us to leave early so they wouldn't have to come back. Check out person couldn't care less. Definitely do not recommend.

Hand sized bath towel for drying after a shower. Key card didn't work when coming back to the room on the second day. Noisy occupants from the room next door kept me up from 10:30 PM - 12:30 AM. Brown stains that looked like feces on the toilet seat!

First they gave me a room already occupied and I found this out by going to the room and the key card would not work. Got a room on second floor with terrible steps that was much harder to get to. Came back from doing something on the second day and the key card would not work. Had to go back down those steps to office and get it re-activated and office worker just said that happens sometimes-nothing else. Not happy with the service.

"HORRIBLE" We checked in on October 11th 2024, wishing now that we had. We check in with the knowledge that the room was cleaned with bleach due to a smoker. Not thinking it was going to be too bad, i accepted. We werent in the room 15 minutes and my eyes were burning and thecsmell was way overwhelming. Not only that, but the room was awful. Inmates have nicer sleeping arrangements. I called to ask for a new room, she said there were no more. Finally, we decided to leave and go down the street to another place. I went into the office for a refund and to explain why. And all i got was an attitude.After standing there, silent for a few seconds she says, oh wait youre past the 10-15 minute leeway we give you. So, after realizing she didnt want to give me a refund, I walked out, disgusted. So, not only, did i have to pay that charge plus another one down the road was ridiculous. Also, the property is very sketchy and creepy. Walking alone out there wasn't an option for me. I would NOT recommend this motel to my worst, most hated enemy! We couldnt get out fast enough!
