The property definitely needs some updates and the elevator is so stinkin scary! It was a decent stay overall especially for just one night. The condom that we found under the bed was a little disturbing.

The hotel was very outdated, and rooms did not resemble the photos online. Walls in bathroom were dirty, and so was the shower door. The shower head was loose and the plaster on the wall was loose as well. There was no hot water in the shower. Comforter was dirty! We would have been okay with outdated but a dirty room in unacceptable. Poor customer service. The remote was not working so we went downstairs to look for either batteries or another remote - which was provided. We got a “wake up call” early in the morning asking for the remote back.

Not everything was what I expect in a hotel room. The TV didn’t work, the floors were not clean, and the shower had paint peeling. Unfortunately, the continental breakfast was not edible. The pancake machine spit out black chips; probably hadn’t been cleaned and the coffee was not drinkable. They also put a $50 deductible on my credit card payable back in 3 to 5 business days. Nothing on their website mentioned this.

Unfortunately the Expedia website stated that there was EV charging station available but there was not. This was the number one reason for booking this hotel so this was a huge inconvenience.

The place is a bit run down, with dents in the walls, etc, but it was reasonably clean. The breakfast was much more limited than those one usually finds at similarly priced chains. My room was near the front, and the traffic noise was a bit loud. There are signs all over the lot noting that the hotel is not responsible for car damage; the 1st spot I pulled into was littered with broken window glass, so the problem is real. Signs next to the front door say not to smoke near the door, as an employee was when I arrived. Lastly, another employee sported a shirt saying “F**k You” with both words spelled out. Not exactly a family-friendly place, and I will look elsewhere if I’m ever in the area again.

Very unclean

We did not have a great stay at this hotel. The room was not cleaned very well at all. The walls were dirty, the beds were not cleaned, and the bathroom was very unclean. The breakfast was very limited. Overall we were very unsatisfied with our stay.

The room was extremely dirty. We do not believe it was cleaned before our check in. Usually, you get a fairly good idea about a hotel based on expedia description. But this hotel is a disaster. From now on will be much more careful booking on expedia.

Quality Inn has a courteous staff and looks recently painted. Our room was clean, but it was really disheartening to see holes in the bed cover and stains on the shower curtain. There was a large hole in the bathroom wall that was poorly plastered over and the wall paper was really peeling on the window sill. It gives the impression of being uncared for.
