It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The stairs & hall smelled. The shower caddy had fallen & was in the shower. I asked for it be fixed while I went to dinner. They put it back on shower, it fell off again at 3:30am, scared me half to death & woke us up. We told the front desk there was no soap in the caddy by sink. When we got back from eating it still wasn’t full & there were two travel size slices of soap that smelled awful. Oh and there was no shampoo in shower caddy. No blow dryer, the floor was sticky as was the remote!! I would never go back!!!

The property is good for the money you pay to stay, it’s very affordable. I needed a room change for one with two beds, and I got it with no problems.

Big yellow spot on comforter told front desk and he moved us into a different room with a worse stain he then offered to change bedding as he pulls up comforter I noticed every single piece of linen was stained and hairs all up under the bedding we refused to stay and requested a refund

BEWARE!!!! My family stayed here on our way up north. The hallways and rooms smelled like smoke which is weird there are signed all over the place about NOT smoking in the rooms. The rooms were filthy. We couldn’t bring ourselves to use the blankets on the beds, they were stained and cigarette burns on the blankets. Gross, is the only word I can think of that describes it!

I am waiting for a refund. Expedia charged me for both rooms. My brother wanted to pay cash. If the guy at the counter would have educated on the process, he should have told me I was charged. And my brother could have paid me instead he took the cash . The manager said he would get back to me.
