The room was dirty, all the towels had stains, had to request a new shower curtain the one on was dirty and smelly, a guy didnโ€™t even knock and just went in the room with me inside, the bed was very uncomfortable you can feel the strings when laying down, hallway dirty, outside dirty it was just a very uncomfortable situation.

Pool looks great from pictures but itโ€™s disgusting

The rooms were very nice, very clean. The pool was disgusting. There were literally hairballs laying on the deck as well as in the bottom of the pool. Once the pool had been stirred up, there were multiple hairballs floating around as well as pieces of something that appeared to be like toilet paper. The pool looks great from pictures, but was actually very disgusting. We would not even go in beyond our feet as it was so gross and uncared for.

I was given a dirty towel upon requesting new ones , once I showed it to the manager he laughed and said he wasnโ€™t sure how that got there and gave me a new one. I brushed it off as This morning I was changing the sheets on our beds and noticed that both sheets were stained with what seemed to be urine and some traces of blood. I took both sheets down to the front and pointed out the stains at this point I am frustrated and asked for some kind of compensation. The manager said the best he can do was 10% of my nightly stay not the whole bill but 9$ total I have been staying here for a week . Obviously this is something that happens frequently and goes without proper handling or training of staff to ensure all things are washed properly .

Good value hotel for the money

The hotel is less than 10 minutes from Bradley Airport. Unfortunately there is no food or shopping within walking distance but a very short drive by car. The staff there were extremely friendly and helpful. Sections of the hotel were under renovations but overall still a good place for the money.

Everyone was friendly and nice very clean the pool was amazing and super clean my family and i we love it and we willing to come back again the sliding door was perfect bc my husband and i we smoke. Looks abandoned from outside. Lobby very nice, has pool. Hallways dark, carpet desperately needs vacuum. Baseboards gross. Bathroom: showerhead, good pressure but bestfor somone under 5ft tall. Toilet from kindergarten. Stained ceiling. Room: bed averge, shhets clean. Looks like they tried to upgrade, but bug patch in ceiling and on wall. Sliding glass doors are green, curtains filthy. Outside: garbage, dirty diapers, cigarette butts, plastic bottles...lawn not mowed. Door has cobwebs and cracked glass...dumpster full and overflowing. Will not stay.there again. Have pictures.

Hotel staff didnt even look at you, the room had horrible odor of cat urine as soon as you opened the door! when I went to desk to complain, no eye contact and rolled her eyes and no apology, just gave me another room key. Had the gaul to ask me did I have a pet..seriously, no I don't and it is obvious that people live in that hotel..A huge dog was in the lobby and then on my way to new room there was dog feces all up and down the hall. jus t the worst experience ever.
