The cabin I stayed in was very clean and the perfect size for my son and I. We only spent one night but it was quiet and clean. These cabins are nice little getaways.

Room was great, full kitchen and bath. Separate bedroom with pull out couch in living room. Only thing missing was paper towel and pot holders. Cabin comes stocked with all other basic kitchen items. Very friendly staff, an excellent place to stay

Loved the cozy cabin and the wood stove/fireplace. The kitchen was great for cooking our own meals. Good shower pressure hot water. Will return for sure!

Cute rustic cabin
We absolutely loved staying in this cute rustic cabin. Everything is older and a little rough but it is such a cute little place! Probably not great if you have toddlers as there is a large floor to ceiling heater in the cabin that is hot to the touch when running. There does not seem to be any dish towels in the kitchen although you are required to wash and dry dishes before check out.

We didnt spent much time during the day here, we froze at night as there wasnt any heat besides the electric and that did not warm up the cabin. We had tried to go to the front desk to ask if we can get some wood and no one was ever around. Under the bed there was old wrappers and dust, black mold in the shower. The smell in the cabin alone was really gross. When we checked in this was not the cabins in the picture. Overall it was a bad expeirence, will not book here ever again.

It was perfect for my son and I to stay while hiking for the weekend. The price was right! Had a hot bath, cooked a good meal, had a great sleep. Yes, the cabins are a work in progress, but I saved big bucks by staying here. The cats on the property were a huge added bonus. Will definitely stay there again.

The baseboard breaker was tripping all the time 5-12 daily over my 5 days stay . It was cold every day when I got back after a day outdoor .i had to woke up at night to feed the wood stove with the wood I had to bought .Owner was there , maintenance too , they said anything to avoid the repairs

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! NO REALLY, DO NOT STAY HERE The Rundle Mountain Chalets in Harvey Heights, Alberta. First thing we see is a guy replacing the engine in his mini van right in front of the check in office. (outside canmore) are a such disappointing experience that my girlfriend aptly described as a perfect horror movie set. The chalets, while quaint in appearance, are poorly maintained, the shower was scary and leaked everywhere. Good thing I'm a plumber because you had to operate valve on the hot and cold feed to the shower. We paid for a kitchenette, what we got was only one hot plate on the 100 year old stove that actually worked. For pots and pans there was one pot, it looked like someone tried cooking meth in. It lacked most basic amenities or any comforts. We encountered dirty linens and a musty smell that made our stay uncomfortable. As a gasfitter if I was asked to inspect the furnace, I would have reported them to the fire Marshall (which i still might do so nobody dies in a fire) The isolation adds to the eerie ambiance, with creaky floors and strange noises at night that could easily inspire a slasher film. Overall, this place fails to deliver on comfort or cleanliness, making it a regrettable choice for a getaway.
