Room was clean but very rustic. Had an ancient furnace which made extremely loud noises. Kitchen was ok but tiny. It did offer a stove and cooking utensils with a small table and chairs. Bathroom is extremely tiny and cramped. We did have a great view of the mountains.

We chose this place for its affordability, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the unit was. The kitchen is stocked with basic utensils and even some pots and pans, which we appreciated (note: no oil/salt/pepper! You will need to bring your own if you want to cook). But the unit is not clean. There is nothing that one can SEE as being dirty right away, but a few minutes after we came in, I began having a very bad allergic reaction to dust. My children's feet were black after walking around the unit. If the units are cleaned a bit more thoroughly, I think they would be such a great, affordable place to stay around the Banff area.

I had a fantastic stay at Rundle Chalets from the moment I arrived at the front office until I left the next day. My chalet was near the back of the beautiful property. It was very clean and included everything I needed. It was also very quiet and cozy. It's ideal for those who want to experience nature and get some work done. While their, I also met both the Office Manager (at checkin) and Property Owner while playing with my dog, on the large recreational greenspace in front of the chalets that also provides barbeques, picnic tables and fire pits for the guests to use. I can't say enough about this special get away property and will be back this winter. I highly recommend it!

This cabin was so quaint and cozy. It was just what you needed after a long day of travel and to be able to have a little fire just made the night. We had such a lovely evening we decided to say a second night Highly recommended

Very cute cabins, rustic but very charming! The girl at checkin was very nice & they have a key drop for easy checkout. I only stayed 1 night as a solo traveller w my dog, but would be fun w a group sitting around the fire as many people were doing. The location doesn't seem to have much for restaurants & food etc so bring your own snacks! I think I saw a menu that offered sushi when checking in. Coffee is supplied for the am as well a small stove, fridge, microwave, & toaster oven. I really enjoyed my stay, I will likely return & would definitely recommend to others 👍

We first checked in a cabin and saw the couch full of animal fur. Our cabin was switched, the front person was kind and easy about it, but coming in the a different cabin, we saw the door with a missing panel which can allow anyone to unlock the door and come in. Being tired and just done for the day, we called in about it to be taken care of the next day. While staying, the bathroom door knob is loose and hard to lock and unlock, and there’s a sharp steel framing edge that’s lifted. Coming back from a trip the next day, the panel on the door is still not taken care of, so we had to put the couch by the door again to ensure nobody can open the door and enter, and the coldness going through it doesn’t help with maintaining the warm temperature.
