we had a short time to find a place to stay at in Hatillo and this was the most accesible to main road we found. Not particularily cheap eventhough our room was not nice per say. Rust in the sinks and bathtub. questionable stains on the walls. Bed was comfortable. We had a mini fridge but no coffee maker or microwave in the room. Only place to get coffee was in the restaurant downstairs which was very busy all the time and barely had time to serve to go orders but the food was good. Staff was very friendly. Our room was mostly to keep our things because we were usually out and about.

The staff were very informative and helpful. Coffee machine and iron were available by request. The room was nice and clean. The hotel also has a well taken care of pool. Their cafe offers a good selection of breakfast and other meals.

The room was very clean and spacious.The shower drain strainer needs replacement due to a fragment of the steel is sticking upward towards were someone with there foot could accidentally suffer a minor laceration.It lacks a night stand and two working lamps.A child desk lamp didn't help us much to see.Lacks receptacles on both sides of the bed.The furnishing and bathroom might not be upgraded to a more modern style decor,but everything was very clean and that I appreciated very much since I'm battling with health issues that require cleanliness and it was spotless and I dare to say,I almost felt like I was in hospital due to the great sanitation detergent they used.The attendees at check in and check out are very courteous,kind and helpful.I give the employees a 5 star.Would I stay again,sure,why not.The details I wrote previously are minor improvements that can help to continue selling stays and create more appeal.I would dare to suggest that the owner if decides to remodel the rooms could work with PVC cabinetry to have made in floaters on walls the nightstands,dresser,probably a cabinet for the mini fridge and microwave,closets and bathroom floating vanity,which is more durable,cost effective and can be easily upgraded if desired to change the exterior colors.I hope to enjoy another stay and may the hotel run for many long years.

I was looking forward to staying in the hotel i went for my honeymoon but they put us in a new section that looks like they found all the furniture in the street was very disappointing stains, burnt outlets towel holders falling off the wall layers of dust on tables and very noisy besides that and some things i will not mention the staff was very polite and respectful very smooth check in and out

A Nightmare Stay: Avoid This Hotel
I booked this hotel for its proximity to a wedding, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The receptionist at check-in was polite but dismissive when we requested a quieter room, saying they could’ve accommodated us better if we had called directly instead of booking online. The room 218 was horrific: Bedbugs. My husband and I were completely bitten and could barely sleep. Plumbing disasters. The bathtub didn’t drain, and the toilet flooded the bathroom floor after flushing. When I reported this at checkout, the receptionist was shocked but offered nothing but a breakfast coupon—completely inadequate for such a terrible stay. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Property isn't ADA compliant. The guest rooms are upstairs and there's no elevator or ramps, so I my 79-year old mom had to go up and down the stairs with difficulty. At least she's still able to walk. If she had been on a wheelchair, there was no way we could've stayed. The roof had multiple leaks whenever it rained so there were puddles of water covered by towels. Being that the floor was tiled, if a new puddle formed and you didn't see it, you could slip and fall. This happened both in the common areas upstairs and inside the room. I advised the front desk about the room leak and they said they'd look into it but didn't do anything. Lastly, the staff holiday party happened during our stay and the music was so loud that the floor was vibrating. This wen't on until 1AM and although I spoke to the front desk about it in four separate times, they refused to lower the volume of the music. I asked to speak to someone higher up and was told that there were no managers on site. We weren't asking for the party to end, only to have the music lowered so that the guests (you know, the people who keep them in business) could sleep. The next day they offered us a voucher for free breakfast which we refused because we needed sleep, not free food. The only good thing about the place is that it's very clean. The building and furniture are old and definitely need updating but you could eat off the floor... unless there was a water puddle.
