We stayed at 6 different places during our stay here in Puerto Rico and unfortunately this was our least favorite. The noise from the main road is pretty rough and we are heavy sleepers. Sirens, engine revving, honking, etc all through the night and it sounds like it is in the room. But to be honest, that is manageable. The worst part was that the roof started leaking water from the rain onto our faces.... At 4am. We had to hurry and move the bed out of the way so we didn't get rained on while we slept. You can clearly see streak marks on the floor from other guests moving to bed. So this is an ongoing issue they have not fixed. Water came through the windows since they aren't properly sealed so we had to move tables as well because our stuff was on it. I regret not paying more for a nicer place to stay, luckily we only stayed one night. Staff was nice at least.

Major disappointment
I'm not sure who rated this 3 star but 2 start would be a generous rating. Checked in to one there "villas" and was blown away by how outdated the place was. Traffic noise was so loud I checked for open windows. Ended up going in to see if there were any other options available. The amazing staff did there best to help and moved us into the hotel were the room had some lights, furniture less than 40 yrs old and didn't sound like you were at the bus stop. If not for the staff being so friendly and helpful this would be a one star rating.
