Keep looking

Multiple giant leak stains on the ceiling was the first thing we noticed. Then started hearing a fire alarm. But not in our room had to walk out in hallway to hear it. Had to hurry up and get outside. Then when asked for more towels at 3pm was told wouldn’t have anymore until the next morning. Shower was not clean. There was a used wash cloth in the shower when we got there. Dirty and stained sinks. Light switch had stains that could’ve been wipe off. Yellow spot on comforter. On one side of the comforter it was ripping and separating apart. The smell of chlorine at the pool was insane. Had to let conditioner sit in my child’s hair for 30 minutes. I honestly have not stayed in a worse place. I was actually really surprised and had high hopes for this location, but it disappointed big time!

It was just ok

The experience was ok. The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better. The floors on the elevator and the hotel room floors could have been mopped. The staff were friendly. On Saturday morning someone was up slamming doors, unsure if it were other guest or housekeeping. They had mop buckets and some other stuff down at the end of the hallway all weekend, an eyesore.

2 night stay robotics competition

The room with 2 queen beds was a good size and even had a reading chair with a light. It was nice to have a mini fridge with a freezer compartment and it did a great job keeping our lunch box ice packs frozen. Breakfast was yummy and the staff was friendly and helpful. 🙂 I found the bed too soft, but that is a personal preference. Overall, it was a good place to stay for a couple of nights.

We arrived early as there was a major storm expected in the afternoon. The staff worked hard to get us in our room early. We appreciated that. The room was mostly clean but the bedsheets weren’t changed as there were numerous short black hairs in one of the beds and that was gross. Otherwise no significant concerns.

Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed our stay without any issues. We had an easy check in and check out and plenty of parking. We had an excellent breakfast each morning with several choices to pick from. Hotel is very close to downtown attractions and has a restaurant directly behind the hotel. You can easily walk over to eat.

Bed was comfortable, shower floor looked dirty, and the elevator broke during the night, so we had to lug everything down two flights, me with a cane and husband just over a heart attack. I was not pleased :< The Waffle House nearby was handy for a quick dinner before we checked in

The hotel looked outdated, and the hall walls and carpets were dirty. I stayed for two nights, and on my second night, there was yelling and screaming in the hallway, and no one tried to stop this; it went on for a while. It was hard to sleep. The carpet in the room was also dirty. This looked like a hotel from the outside but felt more like a motel.
