My wife and I recently stayed at your property for the first time, reserving two suites for our stay from Feb 21 – Feb 23. Unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations, and we were left thoroughly disappointed by the condition of the hotel and the level of service provided.
As frequent travelers, we are accustomed to staying in a variety of motels and hotels, and while we understand that issues can arise, we expect a certain standard for the price we paid for our suites. Below are the specific issues we encountered during our stay:
1. Inadequate Number of Carts:
There were not enough carts available for guest use, resulting in my 66-year-old husband having to use a desk chair to transport heavy items (2 suitcases, 3 tote bags, and an ice chest) from the car to our room. This was both unsafe and inconvenient.
2. Window Shade Motor Issue:
The window shade motor in our room was faulty and would not lower. This led to maintenance having to enter our room with a ladder, remove the shade cover, and manually lower the shade to a fixed position for privacy. Unfortunately, this did not allow us the option to adjust the shade during the day. The motor covering was left in the corner of the room, creating an unsightly and unfinished appearance.
3. Broken Privacy Divider Door:
The spring on the privacy (divider) door was broken, causing the door to be positioned too far inside. We requested this be fixed, and maintenance
