My family and I were welcomed with so much care here at the hotel! Every staff member here was kind and so helpful, even giving us recommendations for our day plans. The hotel was always clean and they are responsive with communication. Definitely would come back!

The staff consistently went the extra mile to assist us during our time in Cuba. Sylvia was exceptionally professional, providing excellent recommendations, arranging our dinners, and coordinating all transportation. It was an outstanding experience, and we hope to be back soon!

La Distancia is a very special place with great rooms and breakfast. It is difficult to find such a hotel in La Habana, where every detail is taken care of. It was super clean and the staff offered us many things to make sure we had a good experience. We will repeat for sure!
