Hotel is in need of repair and upgrade. Seems like everything is old and in disrepair. Bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in. Cracks in walls, holes in drywall, black stains in tub and on draperies.
We booked 2 rooms and we had to switch because my room had a spider crawling in the corner and my sister's room bed bugs were in th here she says soon as they sat on the bed the bugs jumped on them. Kumar was very nice and switched our rooms out but all rooms should be cared for and clean.
The room was dirty, the towels were threadbare, bedding had actual holes in it. The elastic in the bottom sheets was worn and consequently it wouldn’t stay on, so I ended up sleeping on an old mattress with not even a mattress pad. And the very worst part, we had to kill a ROACH on the wall! The back door was broken and anyone could come in. The rug by the back door was not vacuumed even once in five days. The only saving grace was how pleasant the manager and employees were. I thought because it was a Wyndom property it would at least be okay. It was a dump.
The AC unit was moldy and ancient. It made the whole room smell awful. Right when I walked in the room I got hit in the face with the smell of mildew. There’s crumbs on the carpet and hairs in the shower. Given this, I was unable to sleep because the mildew smell was so strong I had to open the window and there’s a busy street outside that’s very loud when the window is open.

I was disgusted in the up keep of the rooms. I loved rooms twice. The first room smelled like mold and the tub was stained with rust and gray colored marks. The second room the sheets both had cigarette burns and were ripped . I asked for new sheets and the manager said they did not have any other ones to give me. While I was switching rooms house keeping was cleaning one a were throwing the sheets on the floor in the hallway while they cleaned I was staying with my two children so I ended up buying sheets and putting them on the bed.
Friendly and helpful staff, but the hallways smelt heavily of smoke, the room smelt very musty, there were cigarette holes and stains on the bed linens, and stains on the towels.

It was decent for the price that we paid. The hallways kind of smelled, but our room was fine. Our refrigerator didn't work, but when I called the front desk they came and looked right away and then traded it for a new one. We requested a late check out and was told we could check out at 1, but it didn't seem to get communicated. We came back to our room and were locked out. There was no one at the front desk and we had to find housekeeping to let us back on. So we were rushed getting out as that took about 10-15 minutes of our time we needed and then housekeeping was knocking on our door right at 1:00.
