A bit shabby but clean and comfortable.

This hotel was pretty run down (we stayed in the annex). Carpets stained, furniture a bit shabby, etc. The pool and hot tub were closed. However, the room as clean and the bed comfortable. I slept well. This hotel was about half the price of the others in the area, so it was still a good option, no regrets

Late check in. Quick check in. Staff was available and friendly. Room was clean and ready. Some easy/low cost touch ups could go a long ways (replace the light switch cover in the bathroom that’s rusted etc) Breakfast had options for everyone: the standard toast, yogurt, waffles, eggs, sausage, juice and coffee set up

Older hotel, decent stay.

Staff is very friendly, breakfast is nice and lasts till 10 am. Rooms are very old and worn, the bathroom was a bit dirty, our tv was hanging on the wall…. despite the rooms being run down- the stay was good, nothing notably bad. Coffee is 24hrs which was great, pool was available and clean. The price of the room was too much for the quality in my opinion but I appreciated the staff.

When we arrived there was no one to check us in. Had to wait 10 minutes. The first room we were assigned had no electricity for the lights by the bed. Lights were not plugged in. No electricity in the outlet. The carpet was dirty and torn. We had to request a different room.

The Quality Inn is what you would expect from a budget hotel. It’s old and needs some maintenance and updating. The beds were okay, the shower was adequate, the ac was noisy but it did work. The breakfast was skimpy, but the coffee was good. The staff was fine. I would give it a rating of between 6.5 and 7.
