No smile at check in. Very dry. The room had a smell that made my throat react and my nose congested. When asked if there were going to be more eggs at breakfast the answer was blunt. Made us feel uncomfortable.

Well. Don’t expect much from this place. It has a bed. Overall an oudtaed building with old building smell. Staff were friendly. This lady at the breakfast really kept the dinning area clean. Entire breakfast she was cleaning everywhere. That was good to see

The entrance and cafeteria area were well renovated. However there are other places with less visibility need some renovation, like pool, hot tub, steaming room. Some area were showing rust and you can tell it’s very run down. Our room didn’t have a proper electrical cord connection and couldn’t use the light by the bed. Also, light bulb was missing on one of the light stand. Also, there was no additional toilet paper in the bathroom and I had a o requested at midnight when I noticed it. Having said that, each time when I requested assistance, the workers were very quick to do what they can do. I appreciate that effort. Thank you.

The Inn had courteous, knowledgable staff; the breakfast was included hot and cold choices, yogurt and more. The pool was clean as was the workout room. The climate control in the room was responsive. There were two handicapped parking spots close to the front door.

Paid almost 400$ for 2 nights for a run down , dirty and smelly room. Right as we stepped foot in the room you get hit with the smell of urine, moisture and mustiness. The rooms are run down and lack cleanliness. Very poor air circulation throughout the rooms. You feel sticky just sitting in the room. The blankets were covered in holes and stains ontop of feeling dewey. Even the towels were Dewey from the moisture. The pillows had a musty smell. It was gross and super dissapointed for the amount we paid for our 2 night stay. Will never ever ever be back. Would have been better to just sleep in my car for the 2 nights. At least it would have been cleaner. On a bright note. The Continental breakfast was lovely. The breakfast staff were also very nice.

Expensive for nothing...over $200.00 for an old tired property. Really needs new beds. Room was dingy, almost depressing, but very Staff were super nice, especially the lady at the front desk. Reason for staying at the hotel was a an early surgery the next day. Its the only hotel 5 minutes from the Hawkesbury Hospital.

A good stop on a long trip. Stephanie's restaurant nearby is excellent. Large room, comfortable bed. Good shower. Have stayed here for the last three or four years and the place seems to have "slipped" in an undefinable way.
