Great hotel, spacious rooms, very well located to go to Universal Studios earlier and staff was very nice. The wallpapers and carpets were a bit old, but I would definitely return to stay near the park. The theme of the Minions was great too to get immersed.

The location is the best. So convenient. The 711 next door is 24 hours. Room is big. No public bath and Bathroom is big and well renovated. Bed is comfortable and bedding is clean and good quality.

This hotel was fantastic! Great location, close to Kyoto station, clean, staff was super helpful, they provided many items such as face masks, hair oil, toothpaste, toothbrush, coffee, tea, etc… we did not try the breakfast but they have a happy hour with nuts, juices, beers, etc. Richmond hotel made our Kioto stay memorable!

Had a perfect stay at this wonderful hotel, located steps away from Dotonbori, the subway, and all of the major sites and restaurants. We checked in close to midnight and were greeted by Mr. Park, who was lovely and showed us around. The rooms were spotless and the AC was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Laundry was great and they stored our luggage after we checked out and explored some more!

Wonderful apart-hotel, stayed 5 nights and did a day-trip to Hiroshima. Hotel was clean, everything worked, we used the washer-dryer every day, There are 2 subway lines a short walk away, lots of restaurants, temples, shrines and gardens you can walk to. Helpful front-desk staff, a free shuttle to the golden temple, discount on the chopstick making excursion which was fun, a perfect stay in a perfect hotel!

Don't let the messy reception area fool you. This is a great place to stay in Kyoto! Fantastic proprietor, large clean room and comfortable beds. It's a great choice for a budget hotel and gives you everything you need for your stay.
