I can only speak about the lobby and our room, both are outdated but clean. Our bathroom door was swollen open. The bed was clean and comfortable. The TV was impossible to navigate.

We stayed at this location 6-days ago. My wife was told she could access the gym at 6 am upon check in. When we came back, the desk told her that the gym wasn’t available until 7 am. There’s no sign and we got conflicting information so that was frustrating. Especially when you’re traveling and on a tight schedule. When I checked in on the 22nd I stood at the counter for several minutes waiting on someone to finally come to the counter. Finally I rang the bell that was on the counter, and the two individuals behind the partition made an expletive comment as they finally came around the counter to service me. When I checked out the following morning, I waited at the counter along with another gentleman for someone to check us out. There were two hotel employees sitting on the bench directly outside of the doors in view of the desk. The other gentleman rang the bell and someone came from behind the partition, who couldn’t help us. The two female employees sitting outside finally came in to service us. Nothing like getting that smoke break in. All in all, the fold out beds mattress is paper thin, and hotel staff service and professionalism needs improvement.

They had a very nice large breakfast buffet. The man who checked us in was pleasant and got our room ready early. One thing we didn’t like: the pillows were really small and terrible.

Room photos are not reflective of actual rooms. “Suite” was a tiny cramped space, no larger than normal rooms, just with a couch shoved inside. Also all of the little soaps in are room were open when we checked in, which was odd.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is always water and coffee available. The rooms are large and clean. A great place to stop for the night.

Good staff - run down property.

The Comfort Inn is okay. The staff was great to work with. The property is run down. For example: the mattress was building in the middle and sagging on each side. The tub looks dirty, it's stained by age. The carpet needs to be replaced.

Dated and dirty.

We stayed here for one night while passing through on our way out west. Check in was great and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful. The room itself was nothing exciting. There were stains on the floor and bed coverings, the curtain was ripped, and it had a weird smell. We also found garbage and hairs on the floor in different places.

Overall good

Hotel was clean and service was super friendly. The bed wss not comfortable. It was very hard (which is a personal preference) and the pillows were tiny. Floors and walls are thin. The person in the room above us would walk for hours on end on a floor that's not insulated or made sound proof. I didn't reach out to staff because I didn't think they could do anything about that.
