No USB plug-ins in room by which to re-charge my iPhone. But Delvin, the night mgr.,, took pity, and gave me a plug-in adapter which charged my phone. Breakfast was very good, but could have offered more protein options (other than eggs) and fresh fruit, like melon or berries.

It is a very clean hotel. The staff were very attentive, but we were near an elevator and an ice machine so of course it was a little loud. They serve an excellent breakfast.

Great hotel in Hays.

This is a very nice hotel in Hays, Kansas. The suite was large and comfortable. They also have Dove soap and lotion products in the rooms, which I love! The breakfast, which is included, had a good variety and was very tasty.

Nice hotel, but needs better lighting.

This was a nice hotel. Room and bathroom were dark. I need lots of light, and it seems no hotels are adequately lighted anymore, very frustrating. Everything else was fine.

The King pillows on the King bed started all the positives to our stay. This was an appreciated touch. The pool tiles were not as slick as other hotels I have stayed in & that is greatly appreciated as I have trouble walking. The breakfast was a nice touch to our morning. Plenty of hot food items and I got a kick out of the pancake/waffle conveyor belt maker. Made me smile while watching it crank my pancakes out. Room was clean, carpeted & pet free. Unfortunately the orange juice to water ratio needed some attention. Definitely will stay here the next time we travel through Hays, KS.
