It appeared good at first. As our stay progressed some things came up: very slow sink drain, very noisy in the morning with poor sound mitigation, key cards didn’t work well, handicapped door didn’t lock upon arrival until the next morning. The room appeared clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was excellent.

Friendly quick check in. Some problem with door lock card but reception was very quick to help. Very nice room with all conveniences. Everything except one bed side lamp worked fine. Very good value for cost. Recommend and would stay here again.

The room was clean. I’d asked for a room off the highway which was supplied. Unfortunately the handle fell off the shower and no one was available to fix it. Also the television didn’t work and they said it was a missing wire but couldn’t fix it. So it was half way ok. I did get to sleep. Just no shower or relaxation. I did tell the front office but they didn’t refund me although agreed it wasn’t great.

Average and clean. We were just passing thru so it served its purpose. The breakfast was great and staff from the hotel were active in the area restocking and cleaning throughout.

There was an extra chair in our room which was nice, but it was not a recliner so was not as useful as it could have been for watching TV.

I booked online, so I’m not sure if the confusion was due to staff error or the online booking. I requested early check in for 2 rooms, but received it only in one room. The clerk could not find both reservations and it took 2 more people to complete the check in. The room was not ready, though, and they were still going to charge me for it. In the end, the early check in fee was removed.
