When I booked the reservation for the suite, I was looking forward to go to the swimming pool/and hot tub, when we got there the pool have been out of service for a few months but there was not mentioned of it when I booked. We were not given a pool with a hot tub either. The front desk receptionist was not helpful or welcoming either. The sofa in the suite is very worn out and uncomfortable. The bed was comfy, the room was overall cleaned and didn't smell bad though the hallway smelled like someone was smoking weed. The view to the pond from the balcony was really nice.

We booked this property after leaving the Clarion Point West property because it was terrible. This property was absolutely beautiful, the staff was super friendly and accommodating, and even though the indoor pool and hot tub were not accessible, the condition of the property made up for it. Clean, lovely, and quiet! My only complaint would be that someone on our hallway was definitely smoking pot, and everytime we walked to our room, we had to hold our breath to not get a contact high! It was terrible! The front desk staff told us this was an ongoing problem. So sad! We loved the little snack and accessories spot they had stocked with snacks and essentials like razors, toothpaste, feminine products and over-the-counter meds. They weren’t free, but reasonably priced, and super convenient!! We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to this area as clean and decent properties with friendly and competent staff in this part of the state are unfortunately few and far between!!!

This hotel needs to be updated. When you enter the hotel room, there is an offensive urine odor. The room is darkly painted and has poor lighting. The bathroom needs to be gutted and updated. The grout in the shower and bathroom is dirty and moldy. The lighting in the bathroom is extremely poor and has no ventilation or exhaust fan to remove moisture.

The bed in the room sink when we sat on it. The television and the remote didn't work, also the Wi-Fi had problems connecting. After constant complaining I was finally moved to another room which was not the equivalent of the room I had rented. I will not stay at AmericInn again for recommended to any of my colleagues.
