We stayed at the Comfort Inn as an overnight respite on a road trip home from vacation. The front desk staff was efficient, responsive, and kind.The room was large and the beds comfortable. The breakfast buffet was typical for this style of hotel. Food was edible but nothing special. My only two complaints are that the room had a musty smell and the elevator broke down while we were there, requiring us the carry all of our luggage down stairs to check out. I'd stay here again if the room were cheaper and the rooms were a little fresher.

I booked this room for three children two adults two queen beds, a pullout couch that all should’ve had proper linen and pillows and blankets for all of us to use so when I got there, I pulled out the bed for the extra person I had in the room there were no Sheets, pillows, or blankets for the bed. None in the closet nowhere when I asked the staff member for a blanket sheets and pillow for the pullout sofa that I paid for extra for the fifth person. They said they were full capacity and did not have any. I am very upset that I was charged. I could’ve went somewhere else, but they overbooked their hotel that day mind you I booked this room over a month and a half ago so they brought people in and booked them that day and that room and took the blankets sheets and pills that should’ve been for the fifth person in my room and gave them to somebody else on acceptable

Great hotel for families
Our room was clean. Staff was excellent and helpful. Breakfast was good. The only complaint was that the breakfast lady though very friendly didn't keep some of the items filled such as yogurts and bread items.

Our room, #108, was infested with ants. My 7yo alerted me in the morning after waking up that there were moving ants on his bed & pillow. Looking further, they were crawling on desk next to the bed and the floor. When I alerted the front desk manager Patrick, his reply was “oh, yeah the first floor gets ants.” No offer to look, assist, send someone down. At checkout, Montana - who told me she is the top of the chain, couldn’t do anything to assist and told us we need to notify Expedia. I’m happy to share photos with the proper people.
