Amazing stay, lovely place
We loved the location of the hotel. We were never more than a 20 min walk to any of the Christmas Markets in Heidelberg. The hotel was excellent and our room had a view of the river and of the bridge. The staff was amazing and so patient with all of our questions. Our only feedback was the room was a bit too warm to our liking, even with the radiator turned off.

Great stay in old town Heidelberg
Super convenient location. The brass monkey statue is literally right out the front door. Excellent staff that is helpful and friendly. I enjoyed this hotel tremendously. It served as the perfect base for hitting the Christmas markets. Unfortunately, i didnt adjust to the time difference in time to try the breakfast.

Beautiful hotel. Great service. Room with great view of the old Brucke bridge. Best location for walking to all major areas of old town. Uber is about 9 euros from Heidelberg main train station. Very good buffet breakfast/reasonably priced.

A 19thc hotel that has undergone recent renovations - quiet, pleasing design in both rooms and public areas. Good breakfast options in a bright, spacious room. Staff were welcoming, helpful. Needing a doctor at one point the front desk called a taxi, came out to give the driver the address and thirty minutes later I'd seen the doctor. Highly recommended.

This is a great place to stay. It’s an older hotel but for sure one of the better in the area. Our only complaint was off loading bags but once you figure out that it’s easy. If you take public transit you won’t even have to worry about the chain. Breakfast buffet is very German so research German breakfast before choosing. Laura at the front Desk did great!!
