Clean, but rundown. Not what I expected

Motel is clean, but old and not in the best condition. Breakfast was OK, but mostly junk food. Other than during check-in, I never saw anyone at the front desk to get a box of tissue or in-room coffee replenished, so we had to wait until someone cleaned the room - which wad once during our four-night stay. Also, the rooms are not quiet, but that's pretty much normal. Overall, it was OK, but not what I expected from the photos and description, so I'll try somewhere else next time.

Our stay was just a quick overnight stay so that we could run around Helen,GA for a little bit. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. I inked the roll around office chair. It was comfortable to sit in. The only downside was that the paint in the bathroom/ tub area was peeling and there was a couple of places where the wall was patched that was a little unsightly but they are just aesthetics. We loved our stay overall and would definitely go back.

The place was clean but everything is visibly older and worn. Breakfast consist of coffee and muffins essentially. Avoid and eat elsewhere. Parking was convenient and easy. Everything in Helen is easily walkable from the location as well. Staff was nice a friendly.

Clean room, comfortable bed, easy check in and out. A short walk to downtown Helen. The parking lot is well lit. Breakfast is sausage biscuits, cereal and fruit. I would definitely stay there again.

We were looking for a convenient property to downtown Helen with a reasonable price, this motel turned out to be a great value. Although this is an obviously older property the room was clean and in a good condition. It is within walking distance of several restaurants, directly across the street from the visitor’s center and only a mile or so from the center of town. At check-in the desk clerk gave us a nice heads up on the free parking areas. The breakfast was rudimentary but filled our basic needs two of the three mornings we were there. Overall we felt like it checked all our boxes for clean, secure and affordable accommodations.

The room was clean, staff was amazing (let us check in early!). Free WiFi and the WiFi was secure! That’s amazing and needed because I needed to work. Bed was comfortable and shower had good water pressure. Couldn’t ask for more!

Property was in a good location. Not in the center of it all but definitely close enough to walk with plenty of stuff all around it. Very clean. They have remodeled some but there is stuff that wasnt completed in our room. It’s a basic room but has all that you need. Comfy bed, hot water, fridge, microwave. Breakfast was basically continental with a few extras. Not much if you avoid carbs. If you are looking for fancy, go somewhere else but if you want clean, close, very reasonable pricing, go here. It’s where I’ll stay if I go back.
