Great experience! Got into our room and turned the tv on and there was a black line down the screen so we let the front desk know and they immediately switched our room and even upgraded us at no charge for the trouble. Staff was super sweet!

Typical Wyndham. Not friendly, not accommodating, ice machine didn’t work. On their defense there was only one person working the front desk and the breakfast.
The top door lock was broken. The pool was not heated and had no filter going and was very gross. The front desk lady was the only hotel staff working at multiple points. Breakfast was below average. Cereal and make your own waffle is all. Bathroom was not clean upon arrival. Very poor experience I wouldn’t book again.
Hotel hallways & stairs had not been vacuumed in (#?) months. Our room also displayed evidence of not being vacuumed or mopped. Odors from cooking in some rooms were very strong. Ice machine broken.
SCARY incident of someone trying to enter our room when we heard a loud bang from the door flying open only to be stopped by the security latch. No knock and happened in the late afternoon so did not think it was housekeeping, but how did the door open that far unless with a master key? Always use the security latch!
No hot breakfast - but better than some in that there was bread for toast & instant oatmeal packets. Otherwise, packaged cookies, bananas & oranges, yogurt milk & juice. On Sundays, you may find scrambled eggs and waffles - no meats.
It was good and clean. However the one night that we got in the indoor pool the water was so cold we could not stay in it more than ten minutes and the lights were never turned on for the indoor pool until we just said that we were getting out.

Was given the keys to a dirty room initially. Okay, it happens. When I approached the desk to let them know it was dirty and I needed to get ready for a wedding now, then suggestion was to get ready in a room down stairs then move upstairs after the wedding. That’s just really inconvenient. The new room also had a stain/something blue on the comforter.
Not great, not the worst place I’ve stayed. Wish I was offered a discount of some sort for the inconvenience

Safe, convenient location. Older property but is maintained adequately. Staff was great.
Bedding had stains ,room was dusty there was mold along window above ac unit shower walls were dirty bathroom wall by tub looked like blood on the paint on wall tub looked like it had been drawn on with a marker never seen housekeeping until the day we left .Hallway looks like it never gets swept breakfast was oatmeal , fruit ,toast, waffles, and cereal coffee and juice

Elevator did not work. Breakfast was very limited.
Pros - It was clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly.
Cons - Someone had been smoking pot and the hallway smelled terrible. It was worse on Friday night, but also smell a little on Saturday night. It also seeped into the room. The shower was a handicapped one and it dripped and leaked water all over the floor. There was no freezer section in the refrigerator.
Un-maintained facilities. “Great” breakfast hardly had any food at all. Oatmeal cream pies instead of sweet rolls or granola bars?!?!? Unheated pool (because heater was off) was poorly maintained with pain chips from the floor in the pool and sticking to feet. Extremely loud, squeaky bathroom door, no stopper in sink drain. First king room they tried to give us had been smoked in. Then was offered 2 double beds😱. (No way!) Then given a king room with maintenance issues! Vending machine did not work. Felt like they cut corners to save a buck!
