The Staff was very friendly. However, during our 4 night stay, we only got only one change of towels, coffee, trash pick up. This was the 3rd time we stayed there and we always got better service on these items. I understand not doing a thorough cleaning and bed change or make-up every day but towels, trash and coffee should be changed every day. This was not acceptable. We also saw some bugs in our room. By the way, we paid the same rates as everyone else.

Our room had a wierd smell, almost like mold. The floors felt sticky with shoes on. Had to ask for extra pillows because what was in room were two of the smallest hotel pillows I've ever seen (we had a king bed). The owners or people running the place, were very serious, made me a bit uncomfortable. The regular staff seemed nice, attentive, and greeted us with smiles. Breakfast was below average, kind of depressing.

The hotel needs some cleaning and updating. The free breakfast consisted of old coffee, bread, cereal, bananas and yogurt.

Elvis weekend visit!

Hotel was a great location for the event that I was attending. Staff was outstanding. Hotel was clean but wish the breakfast was a little better. Over all hotel was great! Will stay here again!
