La presencia de el front desk desagradable. La persona que me atendio su aspecto físico no era el de una persona para trabajar en front desk, parecia un homeless y disculpen mi expresión. El cuarto tenia un olor muy desagradable y el cubre camas, alfombra en malas condiciones deteriorado al igual el baño. Espantoso lugar
It was a last minute booking. All we wanted was a clean bed and bath. It was that. This is an older building with some wear but we didn't care since we stayed just long enough to sleep. Since parking is right in front of the first floor rooms you can hear the comings and goings of other guests and their auto/truck engines till into the late hours. David was friendly, very efficient in checking us in quickly and was clear with instructions. Internet wifi was strong and easy to connect too.
Sheets and bed cover dirty. Had not been changed they just remade the bed. The pillow case had blood on it and the was blood, dirt and hair in the bed between the sheets were you sleep. Disgusting. I ask for clean sheets and was told i had to change them myself. Carpet filthy turned my socks black. Shower had a used bar of soap and hair. The bed sheets have cigarette burns in them. I want a full refund but that will never happen. Booked for 2 nights cancel and left after 1 because the room was so gross and the other guests were so loud i couldn't sleep. Its a run down dirty hotel damn sure not worth $100 a night maybe $25 a night. I only stayed the 1 night because i had already checked in and they said i had to pay for that night even if i checked back out after only 45 minutes
rooms are very outdated. Room wasn't clean. Shower head needs to be replaced. More water was coming out the back of it than the head itself. Chair had leather pieces coming off. People had a grill in one of the parking spots and were out all times of the night and morning.
I booked a room with a king bed, and didn’t realize until after I got to the room that it had two twin beds. The clerk was unwilling to move us until after 3 pm the setting day of our stay. The room was unvacuumed and there was a used ketchup packet on the counter.
Our room did not have air-conditioning and neither of us slept the whole night. It was very dirty. We got there around 8 PM on a Tuesday night. There is tons of men standing in the parking lot. It was a very unsettling and unsafe experience for myself and my daughter.
I booked a room with a double bed but after carrying the luggage to the room found it to be a king (which would have been cheaper than I paid. I let it go, not worth going back to check-in and moving. Laid down to watch the news and I could only get one channel on the TV. The remote would not change the channels. At check-in they put a charge to "hold" on my card for possible incidentals...???? There was nothing I could see where they were even any incidentals possible. The bathroom was not dirty, it just looked it due to age.
I have stayed here many times before and never had an issue. However this time was different the WiFi continued to drop. They ask me for $20 in cash that I would get back once I checked out. I explained that I needed to check out early. He stated that it would not be an issue. This morning I waited about 20 minute and ran that stupid night 3 times and called. Before I leave my 20 dollars in cash because I had to go. So if they took my 20 bucks they my take every other guest that’s a nice little tax free cash side business.
