Older and charming hotel
Very friendly and easy check in. Older hotel with charm and comfort. Not modern but in good condition. We would stay here again when visiting Helen.

In advertisement said room with view of mountains. when we got there it was a room with a view of stairs. When talked to the front desk they said "well the whole hotel has a view of mountains". That is not what the ad on Expedia says.

Wonderful place to stay! The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with other disruptive guests and the staff took care of it and moved our room and were super sweet about it! Will definitely stay here again

Perfect for Oktoberfest
My husband and I stayed at the Heidi motel during Oktoberfest 2018. The motel is close to everything! No need to drive to the local bars, restaurants, and shops. I would stay here again.

Great little motel
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff and the service were first rate. Couple smoking dope next to us on the last night reass a bit of a downer but otherwise great!
