Great stay in downtown Helen

The hotel is styled with the German Alpine theme throughout Helen. It is in the downtown district with restaurants and shops. I would want to stay here for the convenience of getting around and the clean comfortable room again.

Great location, awesome staff!

The staff is friendly and attentive. They allowed us to check in early so we could get the whole day of arrival around town without having to worry about leaving our luggage in the car. Clean room and centrally located. It is an older building and it shows, but it was clean and exactly what we needed.

We liked everything about the property! The location was great and being on the river was excellent to take a dip in the river whenever we wanted. Our room overlooked the river which was our morning and afternoon relaxing time. Ryan was very helpful in surrounding suggestions like restaurants and must sees. He was very friendly and welcoming which made us comfortable. Just two Florida girls enjoying there getaway! Thankyou! We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay here! It is so conveniently located. We loved being right in the river and having a balcony that looks into the river. Rooms were nice as well. The breakfast provided could’ve used some fresh fruit and yogurt.

Very relaxed and comfortable, and very easy to walk to everything. Plush comfortable bed, spacious unique style room, "Non-view" room area is like walking into a quaint German village with archways, porches with rocking chairs and charming murals & designs - loved it! We would Definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. You are close to everything. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and watching the river and the river riders! We rode the Mountain coaster which is a short walk, floated the river - also very close! Paul's was a great option for dinner as well as Cowboys and Angels. Will definitely be back and will stay at the Helendorf.

Great location and great price

Very clean and quiet. We never heard either of our neighbors even though there was people on both sides of us.It was in an amazing location we were able to walk to everything both ways within 10 mins.We loved that there a refrigerator and microwave in our room. Water pressure was not the best but it did the job. We would 100& stay here again.

Overpriced for the property. Cats sitting on reception counter and place needs a good clean and refit. Positive is plenty of parking and good Aircon
