Front desk did not give information on parking, WiFi, or breakfast time. We had to ask where to park and later, had to call the desk about breakfast service times. The TV continuously lost signal. On the good side, it was clean, convenient and comfortable.

My company rented a room here, I had an emergency and couldn’t make the trip. Every hotel in America charges 1st nights stay for no show. This place refused any refund and charged for the full week despite having other openings available so it wasn’t an issue of the room was taken. Really bad service and decision.

NO HOT WATER for the week. Do NOT count on having a hot shower if you stay here. This is the second year in a row that we've had problems simply getting hot water in our room. At over $200/night, I'd expect better. Mrs. Alysia Shaft, General Manager (ashaft@virtelle.com) is aware of the situation but I can NOT confirm that anything has been done about it.

Ive stayed in a number of IGH properties in the south east for my job and Dahlonega is the best that ive been to! The rooms smell clean and fresh- ive stayed in very muggy/moldy rooms before- and are immaculate. Breakfast was great and the staff are so so friendly. Wr will deofnstwky be back!
