The pool was very nice. The parking lot and walk ways had a lot of cigarette butts. The room smelled like it had been cleaned recently but there was still a lot of hair on the ground. The AC works really well and the hotel is in a great location. The staff was helpful and nice.

The staff were friendly and the room was great for me and my pup. The nice lady at the desk even found me a room to check in early. Great location to things in Helen, and if I ever went back, I would stay again. For what I paid in comparison to other places in the area, I think it was a good deal. Nothing fancy, but definitely met what I needed for my trip.

If you stay at this Quality Inn you can’t be a light sleeper, there was noise day and night. We had the room right next to the office where they serve breakfast. They did not come to clean our room or bring in fresh towels. Luckily I brought my own towels. The pool was great, we spent a lot of time in the pool!!

Great experience for the price. Was right there on the strip, great view of the mountains from the window, friendly and nice staff. They could do better with the quality of the coffee they provide and perhaps offer freshly cooked southern breakfast. All good otherwise

The sink had spit in it, the trash had not been changed since the last guest. Bed felt very weak. AC unit was awfully loud. Walls were paper thing and anything can be heard such as when the neighbor turned on the shower.

Room very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple. Rooms are not soundproof so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. But we were pleasantly impressed with our stay. Beds were great!
