When we arrived, there was no tv remote in the room. The desk clerk brought us one from another room. Once we were able to turn on the tv, the cable was out. Back to the front desk to find out the cable service was out in the entire hotel, but was being worked on. We then used the bathroom only to find the handle was missing from the toilet preventing us from flushing the toilet other than to take the tank top off and pull the chain up from the bottom of the tank which was disgusting. Back to the front desk. A handle was pulled from another room and fixed our issue. The final straw was the roach that came crawling up the bed the next morning. The front desk and maintenance staff we interacted with on multiple occasions were very helpful, but there is no way I would recommend this location without significant changes made to the facility as mentioned above and to include fixing the pancake maker in the breakfast area and cleaning the parking lot which was littered with small piles of leaves and trash.

First we had 4 people staying and only 2 washcloths and 2 towels and only 3 pillows. When I went to office to get more she said they were expecting a crowd for the weekend and she didn’t have any. Second no WiFi no TV they said someone was working on it we seen no one working in it. There were 3 people in office the next morning to get there money back and they had been waiting on manager for hours. I wanted half my money back but no manager ever showed up. Will never stay there again!!!

The desk employee Randi was super sweet but new hire and was unable to complete my booking due to charges for deposit that was told to get by manager that want present AND IS NOT IN THE WEBSITE BECAUSE I LOOKED THOROUGHLY so had to cancel and still have not refunded my money and I've been on the phone with my bank to no avail. The town was empty not a peep was heard. Was told it was because the bear sightings were scaring people away. Omg. Wasted gas and time

Staff was friendly but not super welcoming. Staff was sitting around lobby like they had nothing to do. Tv remote didnt work had to get another and then still didnt work but we were only there a night and not there for the tv so not a huge deal. Room felt cold, very noisy and we could see daylight theough the door. Area around the hotel felt creepy. If you need a quick hotel in a pinch, this is your place like we did; spend the extra few bucks and go across the street. It killed the helen vibe real quick. But you get what you pay for I guess.
