I didn’t spend a lot of time at the property. It seemed clean and nice. It would have been nice to know that the breakfast didn’t include anything hot.

This hotel is in major need of an upgrade. The pictures online are quite deceiving. I was thankful we were only staying for a night, for had this been part of a longer trip I would have changed my reservations to someplace else.

This hotel is in the perfect location. Operated by locals with very friendly staff. Even had large, name brand shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lotion and hand wash for your use. My wife was ecstatic. Will be staying again. It's an older hotel but upgraded. The newer hotels are not located near everything.

We absolutely love Helen, GA. We decided to stay there for our 1st anniversary. We rode in on our motorcycle, with that, made for a long ride. We arrived couple hours earlier than the posted check in time. The clerk said she had a room that wasn't used the day before so we could check in to that room. Plus let us do a late check out. She was very friendly and helpful. The night clerk was just as friendly and helpful. Usually we have crappy service by young people that seem to think customers are bothering them. Not here. We plan to book here when we come back.

The hotel was perfectly located, rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly, nice and ready to assist 24 hrs!! They even called and asked how our rooms were that first evening which was impressive. Breakfast was good not great but acceptable. My only 2 complaints was one of the beds was very hard and uncomfortable. Also, our room key card kept deactivating. Numerous times we had to go to the office to get it corrected, although they were nice about it, it was terribly frustrating. That definitely needs to be addressed
