Front desk service was great, she made sure to show me my room number rather than speak it out loud as there were others in the vicinity. Room was clean, bed was comfy, shower was nice. The tv remote didn’t work great and the AC was difficult to get going.

Mary at Front desk checked us in, she provided friendly and excelent customer service, she was great. Hotel location is perfect walking distance to everything. The room and over all the hotel is very clean, beds and pillows are confortable. Will stay there again.

This hotel was within 5–6-minute walk to the stores in downtown Helen. The staff was very nice. The rooms do not have carpeting. The one we stayed in was not mopped prior to our renting the room.

A little dissappointed.
The price was a little high, as are all prices in Helen. Room was generally clean but bathroom could use a refresh. The sink was a standard bathroom resin sink that had worn through the hard coating. Had been repaired with paint and looked terrible. The tub had loads of mould & mildew in the grout lines. I forgot to request a first floor room at booking and hotel could not accommodate request at check-in. Web page says "free breakfast" which turned out to be a very modest continental breakfast. On the plus side, the location was good and the staff was cheerful and helpful. Will probably not go back to Helen.
