The property has been redone and the rooms are nice. Two issues, no full-time staff and one of our party got a parking ticket even though management stated it was okay to park there. Place is convenient to the main square.

Pretty boutique hotel

The owners were very accommodating of request made. They communicated in a timely manner. The boutique hotel is conveniently located in the town square. Our suite is very clean, roomy, nicely decorated. Would like added amenities of lotion in bathroom and maybe a small microwave to re-heat tea or coffee. The grounds is small but secure. Flowering or potted flowers will be nice to sit outside to enjoy the pretty Spring weather, though you can also do that in the square.

In the heart of town.

First experience in a boutique hotel, but wife and I come pretty prepared. This hotel is in the heart of a small town and conveniently close to everything. Clean and spacious.

Great Staff!!!

The staff here was very friendly and supportive! They accomodated us when they could and allowed us to change our baby since we were early and the room wasn’t ready. The property is nice and a short walk to the square.

No one was ever in the office when we wanted to ask a question No housekeeping The ice machine was broken and no one in the office There are only three parking spaces for the whole complex When we checked in we were told to park in the public parking lot that has a 3 hr limit. No elevator had to carry heavy bags up flight of stairs We are elderly and asked for a room on 1st floor Was told there was none available even though hardly anyone there

We are so happy we stayed here!!! Everywhere else looked so old and dated, but 27 on Park was so modern and clean! We absolutely loved it, 10/10!!!!!! The bed was so comfy (and I am very picky!) everything about the property was nice! It is so conveniently located to the square! If we are ever back there, we are staying here without question!!

Perfect location, recently renovated

We stayed here during the town's Gold Rush Festival, and the hotel's location was perfect - literally feet away from the main square. We were told the hotel had been recently renovated, and it was done nicely. Not only was our room attractive, comfortable and large, but little extras like a corner coat rack/shelf and two chairs (not just one) made for a very convenient stay. The only negative was parking. We were given a parking pass for Friday and Saturday but the festival ran through Sunday afternoon. On Sunday, we had no pass, and given the large event, parking was scarce and patrolled. We had to move our car to a garage further away, when just another 6-8 hours on the parking pass (still well before the next guest check in at 4 p.m.) would have allowed us to stay put.

Two day getaway

27 on Park is a wonderful small hotel. The rooms are beautiful and tastefully decorated. The location is fantastic in walking distance to the town square, restaurants and tasting rooms. You can’t go work if you book the hotel.
