We checked in, and when we arrived at our room, it hadn’t been cleaned yet. It was disgusting knowing that we had been sent to a dirty room. We went upstairs to tell the front desk and they said they’d get it clean and let us know when it was ready. We waited in the lobby for about 30 mins without hearing anything. Asked the front desk if the room was ready yet? They replied yes. They never bothered to tell us, even though we were waiting right infront of them. Went to use the pool and it was closed. They said too many people weee in it previously and now it’s closed.
Upon leaving the morning of, the fro t desk asked how our stay was. Normally I would t say anything, but I was upset, especially after spending over $200.00 for 1 night. The front desk said “sorry about that” I really think customer service is gone. They just collect their money now and do t truly care about your happiness. We had stayed at this hotel previously and really enjoyed it. It’s too bad this time around was not a good experience.
