Great room and great price!
Our room was comfortable and spacious! The window was equipped with a room darkening shade that was perfect for blocking out the outside lights. I also give two thumbs up for the breakfast! Lots of variety and well stocked!

The automatic shades in the room did not work and the front desk clerk didn’t have any knowledge on how to help with it. The breakfast clerk was overwhelmed. He was hustling the whole time, but could not keep up with the demand for coffee and food. It’s really a two person job and he was totally overwhelmed.

It took us over 30 minutes to get our room. There was only one staff member available to help the many guests that were in line to check in, and it took several minutes per guest. Our shower was very dirty with dirt smears on the soap shelf and several hairs all over. The rest of the room was clean. The main reason we chose this hotel was the indoor pool. Unfortunately the water was very, very cold. We travel frequently and have been in many indoor pools and this was the second coldest we've been in. That made it difficult to enjoy the pool for us, our friend traveling with us, and our children. Amenities are all very close by, so that's a plus. Vending machines don't accept money, they charge to your room. Honestly, the understaffed aspect doesn't bother us. We realize it's hard for everyone to be fully staffed and until that happens nothing runs properly, people have to wait longer and cleaning can't be as thorough. But the pool temperature was an absolute bummer and is the reason we won't be returning.
