We stayed here for my son's basketball tournament. The room had 3 beds and a pull out couch. One of the mattresses has stains all over it, looked like coffee, chocolate milk, or maybe blood. All of the bedding had stains on it. The pull out couch didn't work. The shower had no hot water and the tub didn't drain. When told to the front desk person, he said he'd have maintenance take a look and to either check out or give him some time. We never heard from him again. It had a TV but the volume button stuck so it was either all the way up or down. They offered us no help, reimbursement, or anything but attitude. There was also black mold in the bathroom.

Ya get what ya pay for…..

Stay was fine. All that was needed was a place To sleep and regroup. Room was half painted. Mold growing in the bathroom.

We chose this place because it was cheaper on a last minute booking. The staff were kind and helpful. The place itself is old. The key cards only work sometimes. The parking lot didn’t feel safe.

It’s an older property so some of the decor / furnishings are outdated and / or mismatched, but everything was comfortable and in working condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall a great visit to Helena!
