THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!! Should be closed down!!!!!

What a dump… there was nothing good about this hotel. Dirty, stains on carpet, holes in the wall, small tv’s with wires hanging all over. A a/c that only worked sometimes and was put in an oversized hole. Absolute worst breakfast I have been too. Front desk people were gone most of the time. No customer service. This place should be shut down!! I would not stay here again if it was free.

Room hadn’t been vacuumed. Carpets had bad stains. Mirror was dirty with hair around the sink. No shower curtain. Window was broke where one could put their hand through to the outside. Definitely wasn’t super and maybe a two but definitely not an 8

Elevator was problematic to the 3rd floor. There was no soap or shampoo in the showers. Halls and lobby reeked of marijuana

Worst hotel I’ve EVER stayed at. No words. Staff was never around. Our key stopped working first thing in the morning (before checkout time), black mold in the bathroom, sticky stains in the carpet. Once we were moved out of the room with black mold all they did was move someone else into it. No attempt to clean it or quarantine the room. Various smells everywhere. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Overpriced considering what it was, which is a horrible horrible motel.

Let’s start with the check in woman who was not nice and didn’t seem to want to be working that day. Parking lot had garage all over, weeds over grown and areas with anothe staff person smoking and then throwing his cigarette on the ground with the rest of his pile. Dirty stairways, carpet, handrails. Remote for tv was broken and had no back so the batteries kept falling out. The only reason it was okay… the bedding was clean. My room had no carpet stains but my other family members did. Dirty windows and walls. Mold in the shower head and it barely worked. Would be easy to clean this place up if anyone who worked here cared. Will never stay here again.

Customer service very bad. Very rude lady night staff. Moved room 3x due to dirty bathroom and left dirty towels and broken fridge. Rude lady indian night staff told us to get out and discriminate us. We have the right to complain because we are the guest in your hotel but she treated us so bad. Acting like a kid, unprofessional and very very rude. We are paying on our stay. She told us we only pid $77 though we paid 133$ cad for the night but we don’t deserve to be treated this way. No even apologies. Accept your mistake. Check your cctv so that you will know how shes acting.

I am very lenient but I read reviews about the cleanliness and did not believe them first room we were in had an awful smell and the rug was dirty so they moved me to a second room which wasn't too bad but the cleanliness was still not there there was a Band-Aid rapper stuck in the baseboard and there was hair from the previous guest in the bathroom entrance I highly would not stay unless this is only the rooms for pets that are like this

The check in was frustrating—they wanted documentation I had already sent online. The key didn’t work and had to go back to the front desk to get them rekeyed—a lot of extra steps for seniors. After breakfast—which was not much—make your own waffles, yogurt, English muffins—our keys no longer worked and we again had to go back to the office to have them rekeyed—and the female employee was not even nice or apologetic about it.

Staff were not attentive at all. Asked for more towels and was told two were enough for two people, when I explain as women we use one for hair and one for our bodies and there was two of us we need four towels. Finally he brought us some. Hair dryer did not work. Tv had to be repaired. Carpets were extremely stained. Bathroom needed repairs, crack in bathtub and hair in drain. Breakfast was okay but very limited.

Staff was great, breakfast was good. The rest of hotel was in need of upgrades, all around. Laundry area was gross, and the ice machine was off. There are great Laundromats in Helena.
